CINSTAR Members may directly request deletion of their account and related data at any time. This page explains how to delete your account, and the scope and retention period of the data that is deleted or retained.
1. Delete directly in the app
- Launch the CINSTAR app and log in
- Go to the Own. tab > Settings
- Select Withdraw Membership
- Review the notice and apply for withdrawal (account deletion)
The account is deactivated immediately upon applying for withdrawal, and you will not be able to log in again.
2. If you cannot access the app
If you have deleted the app or cannot log in, you may request account deletion by sending an email from the address used at sign-up to the address below. We will process your request without delay after verifying your identity.

3. Data that is deleted
Upon withdrawal (account deletion), the following data is destroyed so that it cannot be recovered or reproduced.

4. Data retained for a set period before destruction
For compliance with applicable laws and regulations and to prevent fraudulent use, the data below is stored separately for the specified period before destruction, and is not used for any purpose other than retention.

* The registration record of content recorded as Digital IP (content hash value, registration time, anonymous identifier) does not include personally identifying information, and only a record in a form from which an individual cannot be identified is preserved. For details, please refer to the Digital IP Registration Consent and Article 3 of the Privacy Policy.
